Aiea (short course yards) – Get on Kamehameha Highway going towards Aiea. Take the HI-78 W exit toward Aiea. Keep left at the fork to continue toward Moanalua Rd. Turn left at Moanalua Rd. and turn right at Aiea Heights Dr. Follow Aiea Heights Dr, making a left and a slight right to stay on Aiea Heights Dr. Pool is right next to Aiea High School. Pool is part of Aiea District Park.

Central Oahu Regional Park (short course yards) - Located across Kamehameha Highway from Waipio by Gentry. Take H-2 north towards Wahiawa and take Exit 2 (1st off-ramp on right). Left on Ka Uka Blvd, Waipio. Stay on Ka Uka Blvd and cross Kamehameha Highway into Central Oahu Regional Park.

Iolani School Pool (long course meters) - Take H1 East - go about 9 miles. Take exit #25A/King St. onto S King St toward Honolulu Zoo/Waikiki; Make a hard right turn on Kapiolani Blvd - go 0.6 mi.; You cannot turn left on Kamoku, continue to University Ave, take a left at University, go to the end, and make a left on Hihiwai St., and then a left on to Kamoku. The parking garage and the pool will be on your right.

Kaneohe District Park (long course, 50 meters, 8 lanes)

Take H-1 to H-3 toward Kaneohe. Exit LikeLike (Hwy 63) (exit 9). Curve around back under freeway and exit Kahekili Hwy (83) to the right. Go through the light at LikeLike. (These directions are slightly different from MapQuest’s) Turn left on Keaahala Rd. (Follow sign to Windward Community College). Pool is on your left.

Kailua (short course yards/long course meters):

Via H-3: Take H-3 North towards Kaneohe. Pass through tunnels, drive approximately 4.5 miles to Exit 14, Kailua, Hwy 65, exit and stay to the right. Pass by the high school on left and turn right at the 2nd signal light onto Oneawa Street. Proceed up Oneawa Street about 1 ¼ miles to Kuulei Street, which has a "Left turn on Arrow lane." Turn left onto Kuulei Street. You will pass Kailua Elementary and then a police station and a fire station on the right. Immediately after the fire station turn right on Kainalu Dr. Go about one block and the pool will be on the right.

Via Pali: Take the Pali (Route 61) and continue straight all the way into Kailua. It will change to Kalanianaole Hwy and then Kailua Rd. In Kailua, cross over Oneawa Street. You are now on Kuulei Street. You will pass Kailua Elementary and then a police station and a fire station on the right. Immediately after the fire station turn right on Kainalu Dr. Go about one block and the pool will be on the right.

WARNING: Do not park in the Kailua Intermediate School parking lot. Cars have been locked in the lot in the past.

Bring Chairs. Most spectators are outside the pool deck on grassy areas. There is limited stadium seating.

Kamehameha School (short course yards/long course meters) - Take H- I East to 20A for Likelike Hwy/HI-63 N exit. Turn left at HI-63 N/Kalihi St. Continue to follow HI-63 N. Turn right on Makuahine St., which is the next right after School St. Take immediate left on Makuakane. Pass the school guard station, follow the road up the hill to Bishop Dr. Turn left on Bishop Dr. and continue up the hill. Pool will be on your left.

Manoa (short course yards/long course meters) - Drive east on H-1 to the Punahou exit. Stay to

left, turn left onto Punahou Street, stay in left-hand lane, cross Wilder Ave. and proceed up Manoa Rd. until you see the Manoa Valley Recreation Center on your right just past 5-way intersection.

Pearl City (short course yards):

Via Kam Highway: Drive west on Kamehamaha Hwy to Waimano Home Road (next to Chuck E. Cheese's). Turn left on Waimano Home Road, crossing Moanalua Road. Turn right on Hoomaemae St. and the Rec Center is about 2 blocks on the right.

Via H-1: Go west on H-1 to the Waimalu/Pearlridge exit 10. Turn right on Moanalua Road and proceed to Waimano Home Road. Turn left on Waimano Home Road then right on Hoomaemae Street. The Rec Center is about 2 blocks on the right.

There is limited bleacher seating on the pool deck. Bring a chair in case the team doesn’t get space in this area.

Pearl Harbor (short course meters) - Take Kamehameha Hwy towards Aiea to the Arizona Memorial. Turn right at memorial toward Rainbow Marina and Ford Island overpass. Pool is on right directly across from the Marina.

Punahou (short course yards) - Drive east on H-1 to Punahou Exit. Turn left on Punahou St. and cross over H-1. At stop light at Wilder Ave. intersection, school will be kitty-corner to the right. Go in main entrance and pool is behind parade grounds. Follow signs and staff for parking.

University of Hawaii (long course meters/short course yards) - Take H-1 East to University (2nd exit after Punahou, next after Bingham). At first traffic light (Dole St) turn right. Take next immediate right (looks like a driveway) half a block. Follow road over speed bump past guard shack. Pool is on your left. May have to pay for parking. To park in parking garage, take 1st left after guard shack.

Waikele District Park (Short course, 25 yards, 5 lanes)

Take KAMEHAMEHA HWY / HI-99 W, going towards Pearl City. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto FARRINGTON HWY / HI-99 W for about ½ mile. Merge onto KAMEHAMEHA HWY / HI-99 N. for 1 mile and then take left onto LUMIAINA ST. You will need to make a U-turn at PULELO ST. and come back up LUMIAINA ST. to get to the pool.
