Already registered with another USA Swimming club? Welcome to the Hurricanes! 🌺🏊

You do not need to purchase another USA Swimming membership. Your swimmer’s existing membership stays with them — we just need to transfer their club affiliation to the Hickam Hurricanes.

PARENTS — 3 STEPS

1. Send Us Your Swimmer’s Deck Pass

Log in to your USA Swimming account and open your swimmer’s Deck Pass/Membership Card.

Take a screenshot and email it to:

registrar@hickamhurricanes.com

This gives us the information we need to verify your swimmer’s existing USA Swimming membership.

2. Start the Club Transfer

From your swimmer’s USA Swimming account, select:

My Account → Club Transfer

Search for and select:

LSC: HI – Hawaiian Swimming

Club: HICK – Hickam Hurricanes

Club Code: HI-HICK

Review your swimmer’s information and submit the transfer request.

3. Complete the Hawaiʻi Swimming Transfer Form

Complete the Hawaiʻi Swimming Transfer Form with the swimmer and parent information you know.

Don’t worry about the club sections or coach signature — we’ll take care of those.

Email the completed form to:

THAT’S IT — WE TAKE IT FROM HERE! 🌺

Once you’ve completed those three steps, the Hickam Hurricanes Registrar will:

• Verify your swimmer’s USA Swimming membership and transfer request.
• Complete the club portion of the Hawaiʻi Swimming paperwork.
• Obtain the required coach signature.
• Prepare the required copies and documents.
• Pay the $5 Hawaiʻi Swimming transfer fee.
• Email and mail the completed transfer packet to Hawaiʻi Swimming.
• Confirm when your swimmer is officially connected to the Hickam Hurricanes.

Having Trouble With USA Swimming?

Please do not create another USA Swimming membership.

If your swimmer is still affiliated with a previous club, your account is not linked to your swimmer, information is incorrect, or the Club Transfer option does not appear, use USA Swimming’s Help Center and Submit a Help Ticket.

Include your swimmer’s full name, birthdate, USA Swimming Member ID, and a description of the problem.

Registrar Checklist

Before preparing the transfer packet, confirm:

• The parent initiated the online USA Swimming Club Transfer.
• The swimmer selected HI-HICK.
• The swimmer’s name, birthdate, and USA Swimming Member ID match on all documents.
• The swimmer’s previous club is correctly identified.
• The parent/guardian signed where required.
• The Hickam Hurricanes coach signed where required.

Prepare the Transfer Packet

For each swimmer, prepare:

• 2 copies of the completed Hawaiʻi Swimming Transfer Form
• 2 copies of the Hawaiʻi Swimming Registration Summary
• 1 printed copy of the swimmer’s USA Swimming Deck Pass
• $5 check for the Hawaiʻi Swimming transfer fee

Double-check the entire packet before sending.

• Two copies of each swimmer’s Hawaiʻi Swimming Registration Summary
• One printed USA Swimming Deck Pass for each swimmer
• A $5 transfer fee for each swimmer
