Group Standards
Welcome to the Hickam Hurricanes Team Page, a year-round competitive swim team. We do not practice on federal holidays. This is a description of each swim group and their specific expectations. We have two seasons, which are short course & long course. Short course season runs for most of the year, from the end of August to the end of March. Events are swum in a 25-meter or 25-yard pool. The long course season starts at the end of March and concludes in early August and uses a 50-meter pool. If you are interested in becoming a part of our team or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
