For New Families
What to Bring to Practice: Swimsuit (no trunks or sleeves), goggles, swim cap, towel, water bottle, and any group-specific equipment listed on our Programs page.
Meet Day Guide: Arrive early for warm-ups. Bring extra goggles, snacks, and water. Swimmers should stay in their team area and check in with their coach. A detailed meet checklist will be provided before your swimmer's first competition.
Weather Policy: Practice may be canceled due to lightning or severe weather. Cancellations will be communicated through the team's normal communication channels. When in doubt, check with your group coach.

GroupMe (Primary Team Chat) This is where the day-to-day happens — practice updates, last-minute schedule changes, meet reminders, weather cancellations, and general team chatter. If you're on the team, you should be in the GroupMe. It's free, works on any phone, and you don't need a smartphone app (it works via text too).
